Nutrition 201 with Coach Erica
The Nutrition 101 was all about what the basic foundations of sound nutrition. What to eat, how much, and when to eat, depending on goals. By popular demand the Nutrition 201 class was designed in helping you understand how to implement that prescription in real life! We'll go over how to cultivate awareness on how food makes you feel and effects your performance in and out of the gym. We'll also talk about easy ways to track what you're eating to find nutritional holes in your diet. For example, are you eating what feels like a lot, but are still hungry all the time? You likely aren't getting enough of a specific macro or micro nutrient. We'll go over practical tips on how to set yourself up for success like how to meal prep at home for the week and how to navigate a restaurant menu when eating meals out. All members are welcome to attend. If you missed the Nutrition 101, no worries, it is not a prerequisite to the Nutrition 201. And will come back around next month if you're interested, so keep an eye out.
