How To: Kettlebell Snatch

Do kettlebell snatches seem way harder than they should be? If the answer is yes, then this is the How To for you! Join Coach Todd for a class on how to snatch a kettlebell. He will start with grip and the single arm swing. He will then take you through progressions until you are fixated (locked out overhead). Time will be spent on proper hand insertion and proper hand placement overhead. After instruction, there will be an opportunity to for you to do a 5 minute Snatch Test. No experience is required to attend, but please consider wearing long sleeves or bringing wrist wraps. Some athletes may bang up their wrists a bit during the learning process. Sunday, Jan 6th 2019 Session 1: 9:30am UWS Session 2: 11:30am Flatiron Due to the amount of hands on instruction, space is limited to 12 members per class. Please make sure you can actually attend the session before signing up!
